A body of work & contemplative exploration of the Tantra Yoga of Relationship, for those looking to integrate the extraordinary with the ordinary.

A sādhana of dishes & dharma.

The Heart
of It

At some point on the contemplative path, the map runs out. The teachings have pointed you somewhere true. And yet here you are — still in a body, still in relationship, still in a life that asks things of you. The recognition was real but so is the pile of dishes in your sink.
This is precisely where this work begins.

Most spiritual paths do an excellent job of pointing toward the absolute — toward transcendence, liberation, and the peak of the mountain.

What they rarely address is what happens when you get off the cushion and go out into the world.

There seems to be a disconnect in a lot of spiritual teachings between the top of the mountain and the village life below.

Samāveśa is the integration of awareness with experience — of our transcendent Self with the practical reality of the relative world. This is where we don't turn away from the world but instead learn to imbue every aspect of it — our relationships, body, work, conflicts, and struggles — with our divine reality.

Who is it for?

This work is for anyone who is open to
self-reflection & vulnerable honesty.

If you're looking for spiritual validation, confirmation of your enlightenment or to collect tools, this work is not for you.

It requires a complete embracing of your humanity — which I know can be genuinely difficult for those conditioned within spiritual traditions that ask us to negate our humanity in the pursuit of our divinity.

This practice is ultimately for those who want not just to conceptually understand that there is no division between their humanity and their divinity, but to actually embody, live, and fully embrace that.

What is offered?

A body of work offered through a variety of formats for spiritual integration.

This work moves through four formats, each suited to a different depth of engagement and a different season of life.

Open Practice is the open door — accessible, affordable, available to anyone who wants to begin.

The Living Field is where we go deeper into contemplative exploration and integrative understanding across every level of the being.

Beholding is where the element of darśan enters — of truly seeing and being seen — and where fundamental shifts in the entirety of our being become possible.

Architecting Wholeness is for those who have clearly identified areas where contraction continues to persist, and who are ready for a practice curated specifically for them — designed to support the digestion of experience into awareness.

Why is it offered?

I offer this because I needed it and need it still.

There came a point in my own practice where the traditional containers were no longer enough — where something more integrated, more honest, more grounded in the reality of daily life was needed. I am still learning, still exploring, still contemplating.

I see a great deal in the world about self-improvement, persistence, perfectionism, and the perpetuation of an idealized self — some future version of you that you will one day arrive at, if you just try hard enough.

It can be nearly impossible to separate spiritual practice from that line of thinking — as if practice is something to conquer, complete, and check off a list.

This work doesn't have a clear five-step process, finish line, or transformed improved self at the end.  It asks you to look at what is uncomfortable, to sit in uncertainty, to embrace the paradox, and recognize that spirituality is the continuous attuning of awareness to experience in absolute honesty.
