Have you ever walked away from a conversation wondering why you reacted that way, again — even after years of therapy, meditation, or self-work?

Felt completely clear and grounded alone, but somehow lost yourself the moment conflict, intimacy, or someone else's needs entered the room?

Had the nagging sense that you're living a version of your life — going through the motions — rather than actually inhabiting it?

We spend our lives living from patterns that crystallized in our being long ago — times when we learned to identify with our thoughts, to avoid certain feelings, to control what we could. These scripts took root in us and keep playing out unconsciously.

We mistake them for who we are, and then we relate to others from this limited perception, acting from inherited models instead of seeing what's actually in front of us. We move through life in survival mode, avoiding huge parts of ourselves and huge parts of each other.

Yet there's a way back — through the body, through feeling what we've been avoiding, and through resting in that aspect of yourself that was never actually bound by any of it.

I want to help you find your way back to yourself.

" I strive to help people remember who they are beneath the scripts they've been living from. "

Disconnection is the source of suffering– disconnection from ourselves, the body, emotion, relationship, meaning, and the living world around us.

Many of us move through life separated from what we genuinely feel, long for, and value. We learn to live mentally, performatively, or in survival mode, while gradually losing touch with direct experience.

We are more informed than ever about trauma, stress, mindfulness, health, and self-awareness, yet many people still feel overwhelmed, isolated, or exhausted by their own lives.

My work explores the relationship between awareness, the body, emotion, perception, and human connection. Drawing from nondual Tantra, contemplative psychology, and somatic practice, I’m interested in how people begin relating to themselves and others with greater honesty, intimacy, compassion, and care.
