WHAT THIS IS
An Open Space
Each week I tune into the field and share what feels alive in that moment, for as long as the sharing wants to come.
I can tell you the day and the time we meet. I cannot tell you what we will practice, how long it will run, or whether it will stay in silence or open into words. Some weeks it may be prāṇāyāma, ātma vicāra, kriyā, āsana, tantric somatics, or meditation. Some weeks it may be several of these. Some weeks it may be none of them by name.
What I can tell you is that whatever arrives will come directly from presence, and will be inspired by decades of practice within the nondual traditions — Kashmir Śaivism, Advaita Vedānta, Yoga, Sāṃkhya, and the shamanic and earth-based lineages I carry.
If this is uncomfortable, I would gently suggest that the discomfort itself may be worth sitting with. The need to know what is coming — to plan, to prepare, to anticipate — is precisely one of the contractions this practice is here to meet.
I look forward to sharing with you.
BEGIN HERE
Open to Everyone. Every Monday. Pay from the heart
You're registering for August's sessions — held live on Zoom every Monday at 11:00 am Pacific.
Register once and you're in for the entire month — even if you join partway through. Whenever you register, you'll receive recordings of every session held that month, including any you missed before you signed up. They are yours to keep. To join the following month, simply register again.
There is no fixed price. Pay what you feel the practice is worth to you. If you cannot offer anything right now, you are still welcome here.
BEFORE
Nothing to prepare. No prior experience required. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
ON THE DAY
A reminder with the Zoom link goes out the day before and again on the morning of each session.
AFTER
At the end of each month, you will receive recordings of every session held that month — whether or not you attended live. They are yours to keep.
Open Practice and the Living Field
Open Practice is a weekly, ongoing gathering devoted entirely to practice. It is the natural starting point for anyone new to these teachings.
The Living Field is an intimate container where we meet biweekly as a community to deepen our understanding of the practice together — not only through philosophical teaching, but through open dialogue on how to actually apply this work to life. Open Practice is included as a complement to The Living Field. Unlike Open Practice, registration for The Living Field opens only at certain times throughout the year rather than continuously.
If you are new here, Open Practice is where to begin. When you feel ready to go deeper — in understanding, in relationship, in application — The Living Field will be there.
