Architecting Wholeness

For those who know that awakening is only the first step
toward the complete integration of the human with Being.

The Architect
does not build wholeness.

They remove what has been obscuring it.

An architect works from a complete blueprint. Every layer is accounted for, every relationship between the parts is understood, and nothing is left outside the design. Architecting Wholeness works the same way — moving with precision and intention through every body and every state of consciousness simultaneously, meeting the contractions of your being exactly where they live, until nothing remains outside the whole.

This is a practice that works while you are awake, while you are dreaming, while you are falling toward sleep, and in the states beyond and in between. No two recordings are the same, and no recording is made lightly. Each one is its own living thing, born from meditation, built around what you are actually carrying, and drawing from some combination of:

Tantric philosophy and practice · Shamanism · Somatics · Mantra · Breath · Visualisation · Neuroplasticity · Nervous system regulation · Progressive muscle relaxation · Parts work · Inner child work · Symbol and mythology · Trauma-informed care

" You have such a gift for bringing complex feelings and ideas together to create something really special, which I know I will return to time and again. I've been able to integrate the teachings in ways I'm still discovering — including moving my relationship with my family from a place of appeasement to real acceptance and love, even through a difficult family health situation. I'm not afraid of what could come anymore, just excited and trusting. "

For the one
who is ready.

These practices meet you where thinking alone cannot reach.

They are for anyone who is:

  • Ready to stop circling a pattern they understand completely but cannot seem to shift — because the contraction lives deeper than understanding can reach

  • Carrying a nervous system that has been working hard for a long time and does not know how to stop

  • Seeking a practice they can return to again and again, in every state of consciousness, until the intention has fully integrated into their incarnation

  • Ready to meet a stuck place in their healing, their relationships, or their creative life from somewhere other than effort

  • Seeking spiritual integration — a way to bring inner experience and the whole of a lived life into the same wholeness

  • Drawn to the unconscious, the shadow, the symbolic, and the shamanic dimensions of healing

  • Living with physical illness, depletion, or pain that has not fully responded to conventional approaches

" That nidra is really magical. It has a wisdom of its own — allowing me to hear the pieces I needed in the exact order I needed them. Today was the first time I heard the part about the egoic desire, speaking directly to my protector part, and it blew me open into sobbing — even an hour after the practice there was tons of emotion still moving through me in bursts. The words I wrote down afterward were renewal, remembrance, tears of recognition waiting to fall. This is something that will be listened to again and again — if it were a book, I imagine it would be one whose cover gets faded and worn from use. "

" I listened to the nidra as soon as I received it and have been listening every evening before bed. I could feel the divine presence speaking through you. The first time I listened, I sensed I was in the womb of Mother Earth — it took me back to ayahuasca ceremonies where I moved through the void and into rebirth, just as we do every night and every morning. This has helped me connect pieces of my journey I could express in my mind but hadn't yet felt in my heart and soul. Finally, something genuine and authentic in this world. I know I am not alone. Water Ripple Effect
A PERSONAL YOGA NIDRĀ

A practice grown
entirely from
your life.

Built around your particular contraction, your nervous system, your history, and the season you are moving through right now.

You begin with a short questionnaire, followed by a one-on-one call with me. From there, I enter a space of deep contemplative reflection on your behalf, and from that space your Yoga Nidrā is born — a recording built entirely to your preference, with or without music, in whatever form serves you best. You will also receive a full written reflection I prepare for you. Ten to fifteen hours of work, distilled into a single practice made for no one else.

QUESTIONS

A few things People Ask

Do I need to stay awake for this to work? No. Even if you fall asleep, your subconscious is still picking up the words. This is part of why I encourage listening in different states of consciousness rather than trying to hold yourself in just one. The more states you meet this practice in — lying down, sitting in meditation, washing dishes, falling toward sleep — the more it works on every layer of your being simultaneously. This is one of the things that makes this approach distinct: it is not a practice you do once before bed. It is a practice you return to again and again, meeting it differently each time, until the intention has fully integrated into your incarnation.

I have done a lot of inner work already. How is this different? Most approaches work on one layer at a time — the mind, the body, or the nervous system. This practice works on all five bodies simultaneously, and it does so across every state of consciousness you bring to it. Beyond that, a personal Yoga Nidrā is not a generic recording applied to a general theme. It is built entirely around you — your specific contraction, your history, your nervous system, your sensitivity, and the particular way your pattern is expressing itself across your life right now. Many people who have done years of therapy, somatic work, or meditation find that this practice reaches something those approaches have been circling without landing on.

How do I receive my recording? You will receive your Yoga Nidrā as a digital download, along with the written reflection I prepare for you.

How is a personal Yoga Nidrā made? Once you purchase, you will be invited to book a short call with me. From there, you will receive a questionnaire that asks for further detail about your life, your patterns, your triggers, and the support you are seeking. I take time to read everything you share closely, reflect on the contractions and shadows I can see across what you have told me, and write you a full reflection that accompanies your recording. From there, I move into a deep meditation, and your Yoga Nidrā is born specifically for you, which I then edit. If requested, I can add music, or prepare a version with and without music if you would like both. Each recording takes me ten to fifteen hours to create and is typically completed within one month, though I promise completion within three months depending on the number of requests I am working through at the time of your purchase.

Can I listen while doing other things? Yes. Many people listen lying down in the traditional way, and also while washing dishes, falling asleep at night, sitting in meditation, or moving through ordinary moments of an ordinary day. There is no correct state to be in. The practice is designed to work across all of them.

What if I have questions after I receive my recording? You are welcome to book a short follow-up consultation call with me once you have received and listened to your recording. You can also reach me by email — I will read it and respond.

Is this safe if I have a history of trauma? Yes. The questionnaire you fill out before your personal recording asks specifically about your triggers and your history. I create each Yoga Nidrā with that information at the center. I am trauma-informed in my own training and practice, and I also trust my intuition about how to meet each person — some people need to be approached through the subtle and energetic layers, and others need a more direct and grounded entry point. The practice will be built for your nervous system specifically.

How long are the recordings? Recordings are typically forty five to sixty minutes long.

What if I am not sure which body or pattern to focus on? Start with the questionnaire. Answering it as fully as you can will often reveal what needs attention on its own. You are also welcome to say plainly that you are not sure what you need, and if you would like to talk it through with me before your recording is made, we can arrange a short call.
